By downloading or using VoiceIn Booking ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoiceIn Booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

2. Use of the App

VoiceIn Booking is a voice-powered booking app for appointment-based businesses. You may use it only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
• Interfere with the App's servers or networks

3. Team Plan Subscription

• The Team Plan is available for $4.99/month after a 3-month free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.
• The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VoiceIn Booking — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by Motivation & Ennovation Media, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal business purposes only.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of booking information entered or spoken into the App
• Any actions taken based on bookings created through the App
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials
• All activity that occurs through your use of the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoiceIn Booking is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Voice recognition accuracy may vary depending on accent, background noise, and other factors. We are not liable for missed, incorrect, or duplicate bookings resulting from voice recognition errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motivation & Ennovation Media, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VoiceIn Booking, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motivation & Ennovation Media, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VoiceIn Booking at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees paid.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Motivation & Ennovation Media, LLC regarding the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
