VoiceIn ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the VoiceIn mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Voice recordings: Audio recorded during a booking session is sent to our server for transcription only. Recordings are not stored after transcription is complete.
• Booking data: Name, phone number, date, and time entered or recognized through voice are saved to your device's calendar via the iOS Calendar API.
• Google account (Team Plan): If you sign in with Google, we access your Google Calendar to read and write booking events. We do not store your Google credentials.
• Subscription status: Whether you have an active Team Plan subscription is stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To transcribe voice input and extract booking details
• To create, update, and cancel calendar events on your behalf
• To manage your Team Plan subscription status

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

• OpenAI Whisper API: Voice audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In / Google Calendar API: Used for Team Plan calendar access. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple In-App Purchase: Subscription payments are processed by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We do not maintain a database of user booking data. All booking information is stored on your device's local calendar. Voice recordings are discarded immediately after transcription.

5. Permissions

VoiceIn requests the following device permissions:

• Microphone: Required to record voice for booking input
• Calendar: Required to create and manage booking events
• Notifications: Used to send booking reminders (optional)

6. Children's Privacy

VoiceIn is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
